Retainer vs. Hourly
We prefer to work with our clients as partners, not just vendors. Establishing a trusted relationship sets everyone up for long-term success. But we also understand that some companies prefer a longer courtship, or simply can’t commit a finite budget to their needs. To fit every type of client, we’ve established a tiered rate structure:
- Hourly Rate—Our standard rate. You pay by the hour.
- Retainer Rate #1—8% discount off standard rate for 12+ hours per month (depending on need).
- Retainer Rate #2—16% discount off standard rate for 20+ hours per month (depending on need).

Begin With a Plan
We deliver a plan and timeline that establishes clear roles and responsibilities, and ensures that momentum and brand equity are maintained throughout the campaign.
Monitoring and Tracking
We monitor media coverage regularly with monthly updates delivered to the client.
Regular Communication
To ensure successful campaigns and that objectives are being met, we insist on regular communication with our clients. This can typically be achieved with calls every week or every two weeks.
