Retainer vs. Hourly

We pre­fer to work with our clients as part­ners, not just ven­dors. Estab­lish­ing a trusted rela­tion­ship sets every­one up for long-term suc­cess. But we also under­stand that some com­pa­nies pre­fer a longer courtship, or sim­ply can’t com­mit a finite bud­get to their needs. To fit every type of client, we’ve estab­lished a tiered rate structure:

  • Hourly Rate—Our stan­dard rate. You pay by the hour.
  • Retainer Rate #1—8% dis­count off stan­dard rate for 12+ hours per month (depend­ing on need).
  • Retainer Rate #2—16% dis­count off stan­dard rate for 20+ hours per month (depend­ing on need).

Begin With a Plan

We deliver a plan and time­line that estab­lishes clear roles and respon­si­bil­i­ties, and ensures that momen­tum and brand equity are main­tained through­out the campaign.

Mon­i­tor­ing and Tracking

We mon­i­tor media cov­er­age reg­u­larly with monthly updates deliv­ered to the client.

Reg­u­lar Communication

To ensure suc­cess­ful cam­paigns and that objec­tives are being met, we insist on reg­u­lar com­mu­ni­ca­tion with our clients. This can typ­i­cally be achieved with calls every week or every two weeks.
